Mixologist, Stephen Dervin, has infused T2 tea flavoured syrups to mix with the fresh ingredients of the six cocktail options served with the high tea spread. Enjoy unique mixes of tea and tisanes with five different brands of gin, including Hendricks, Gin Mare (Spanish gin) local West Winds and more.
Chef de Cuisine, Nic Trezise has continued weaving the spirit throughout the treats in the menu; sweet treat creations include a gin and tonic cupcake, a strawberry gin mousse and a lime macaroon.
