Celebrate an age-old tradition, with a twist. The Loft Lounge and Bar is offering guests an exquisite experience in the art of gin, overlooking the art deco rooftops of the heritage precinct.

In the month of December, Gin High Tea will include a specially curated Christmas cocktail made with limited edition Four Pillars Christmas Pudding gin,

Chef de Cuisine, Nic Trezise has continued weaving the spirit throughout the treats in the menu; sweet treat creations include a gin and tonic cupcake, a strawberry gin mousse and a lime macaroon.

This spring and summer The Loft focuses on traditional high end options with a contemporary twist, whilst maintaining the integrity of the ritual.

Saturdays and Sundays for $65.00/ person which includes the menu listed below and a choice of a gin cocktail* from the menu, as well as unlimited tea and coffee.
