As the world adjusts to new travel norms and expectations, we’re enhancing the experience for you – our hotel guests – by redefining cleanliness and supporting wellbeing throughout your stay. We are expanding our commitment to cleanliness by:

Parking is available at Wilson Central Park Parking, with access at 152 St George’s Trce. The Hay Street elevator is less than a twominute walk from the hotel entrance on Hay St. The cost is $35.00/ day for self-parking. Self-parking tickets can be acquired from hotel reception to get the discounted $35.00 per day parking.  Valet-parking is not available due to COVID-19 but is normally $65.00/ day. Please check-in to the hotel, drop off your bags and receive parking information from our Reception Team prior to parking.  

Wilson Central Park Parking has a clearance of 1.95m. 

InterContinental Perth City Centre does not offer balconies but floor to ceiling windows in City View room categories and upwards with views of Perth City. 

The hotel is located a seven-minute walk from RAC Arena, home to sporting, musical and theatrical shows. A two-minute free bus-ride down St George’s Terrace will take you two the WACA in East Perth. Optus Stadium is accessible by Transperth (Public Transport Authority) and train and bus rides are free to anyone with a ticket to a game. Perth Underground Train Station is less than a five-minute walk from the hotel and buses collect passengers from Hay Street and St George’s Terrace, on the hotel’s doorstep. 

Suites at the hotel offer bathtubs, please select this category if you require a bath. All other room-types offer rainshowers.  

Yes the hotel has free WiFi is available in all areas of the hotel and all rooms. 

No, the hotel does not offer a pool. Beatty Park Leisure Centre is a fifteen minute drive from the hotel and offers casual access to its three pools. We also encourage visitors to WA to visit some of our beautiful beaches for a swim. 

Yes, fitness centre is located on level M (Mezzanine floor) and opening hour is 630am-10pm 

The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to transport with a free CBD buses from St George’s terrace and less than a five-minute walk to Perth Underground. 

Yes this is a smoke free hotel in all areas. 

Yes, the business centre is located on the first floor and offers printing, scanning and emailing  services. 

Yes, Gallery Meeting Suites offers boardroom and conferencing amenities and a rooftop terrace  overlooking Hay Street for private functions and events.

Specific room categories come with complimentary Club lounge access.  Access can be added to an existing reservation for an additional cost subject to availability.

Check in to the hotel is from 3pm. Please call ahead or let our team know your estimated time of arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Early arrivals can be requested, but not guaranteed before 3pm unless the room is booked and paid for the night prior. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to drop your bags off with the concierge team and utilize the hotel facilities until the room is ready. 

Check out time at the hotel is 11am 

You may request a late check-out however it is subject to availability and may incur a late checkout fee. 

Yes, If paying by cash or debit card, full payment plus $100 bond is required on check in. If using credit card, a pre authorisation of total accommodation and an additional $50 per night will be required.  

Yes, a valid Australian Drivers License or passport will be required for check-in. 

Donnas, Pillows & some Mattress Protectors are all feather, we can provide non feather bedding upon request. 

Notwin bedding can accommodate two adult and one small child at most. Rollaway beds are  available at an extra cost but do not fit inside Classic or City View rooms. Interconnecting rooms  are available for four or more people. 

Yes, guests are welcome to leave their luggage with the Concierge team after departure at no charge.

This service is not available but if you would like a private car service to collect you, please let our Concierge know and the team will assist. 

Connecting rooms are available upon request and can be confirmed at the reservation stage.
