The chefs at InterContinental Perth City Centre are passionate about food. In fact, they’re so passionate about food, they have personally visited the farm for our dry aged Butterfield Beef from deep in the Stirling Ranges and walked the olive groves in Cooladerra Farm where our extra virgin olive oil is sourced. Our holistic approach to sourcing local, seasonal ingredients allows us to create innovative dishes that are expertly prepared and beautifully presented, while showcasing some of Western Australia’s finest produce. From the tapas at Heno & Rey, the beef at Ascua or the classic Club Sandwich at The Loft, you will be treated to dishes prepared with pride and plated to perfection.
